First, daily maintenance

1. First of all, rotate two circles around the machine to check the appearance and mechanical chassis and whether there is any abnormality, as well as whether there is grease flowing out of the sleeving support. Then check the deceleration brake device and the bolt fasteners of the crawler. 

2. Check whether the excavator bucket teeth have great wear. The wear of bucket teeth will greatly increase the resistance in the construction process, seriously affect the work efficiency and increase the wear degree of equipment parts.

3. Check whether the bucket rod and the cylinder have cracks or oil leakage. Check the battery electrolyte to avoid falling below the low level.

4, The air filter element is an important part to prevent a large number of dusty air into the excavator, should be checked and cleaned frequently, if the fault should be replaced in time.

5, Check the fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc., whether to add, and according to the requirements of the instructions to choose the oil, and keep clean.

6,Ccheck the front window cleaning liquid level, check and adjust the air conditioning, Wash the cockpit floor.

7. When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly loosen the water injection cover to release the internal pressure of the water tank, and then release the water. Do not clean the engine while it is working. High-speed rotating fans will cause danger. When cleaning or replacing coolant, the machine should be parked on a level ground.
