The discharge of diesel oil is dirty, using the method to clean again, until the release of oil does not contain impurities.

2. Steam method

Exhaust the diesel in the diesel tank of the excavator, remove the oil tank, and then fill most of the tank of water into the diesel tank, and introduce the steam into the water through the refueling port with a conduit, so that the water in the diesel tank will boil for about 1H. In this way, glue and remaining diesel molecules adhering to the walls of the tank can be dissolved in water. Light dirt floats to the surface and is washed away. In this way, two consecutive times, the diesel tank can be washed clean.

3. Agent method

The diesel tank of the excavator is cleaned with hot water, and then blown with compressed air to remove the diesel vapor inside it. Finally, the diesel tank is soaked in an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hydroxide. Rinse the inside and outside of the diesel tank with clean water after immersion. If rust is found on the outside, brush clean with a wire brush.
