Precautions for the operation of wheeled excavators

ONE:During the excavation process of the wheeled excavator, the "four prohibitions" should be implemented, namely

① When the wheeled excavator does not leave the working face, it is forbidden to rotate the bucket according to the command.

② Sharp turns are prohibited. 

③ It is strictly forbidden to use the side of the bucket to level the mound. 

④ It is forbidden to use the bucket to impact the working surface sideways.

TWO:According to the rotation range of the wheeled excavator arm, it should be controlled at 45°--60°, and according to the weight of the wheeled excavator, the inclination angle should be controlled between 30°--45°.

THREE:When the wheeled excavator goes uphill, the crawler driving wheel should be behind, and the crawler driving wheel should be in front when going downhill, and the boom should be behind.The boom is parallel to the track. The slewing mechanism should be braked, and the bucket should not be more than 1 meter above the ground. The up and down slope shall not exceed 20°, the downhill shall be driven at a low speed, and variable speed sliding is prohibited.

FORE:It is forbidden to arrange the wheeled excavator to operate at the same time in the upper and lower digging sections; when the working face rotates at the same time, the ground should be leveled to exclude the passage.If the obstacle is moving on loose ground, a square log must be placed under the walking gear.

FIVE:It is forbidden to work under high-altitude installations such as wires. According to the wheeled excavator, work is not allowed in the stopped state, and the fully loaded bucket is not allowed to stay in the space for a long time.
